She pretty much has a badgirl mentality. Her bf even calls her a freak. Having said that I wonder if this slip in the editing makes her upset enough to not model for them anymore. Someone will point it out on Boutine's page or to her in DMs to be a white knight or just to taunt. There's always at least one. If she had an OF where she got nude, then I'd think she didn't care.
